PRESENT PARTICIPLE (-ing form) vs PAST PARTICIPLE (-ed form)

Some of adjectives are formed from V-ing or V3 (present and past particple)

e.g.

BORED vs BORING

I’m bored because this game is so boring. (Saya bosan karena permainan ini sangat membosankan)

INTERESTED vs INTERESTING

I’m interested to attend an interesting carnival. (Saya tertarik untuk menghadiri karnaval yang menarik)

CONFUSED vs CONFUSING

He was confused by those confusing grammar rules. (Dia pusing karena aturan tata bahasa yang memusingkan)

Present Participle is used in Continous form. Past Participle is used in Perfect form.

Have a good time! ^^
